1. Products Eligible for Return & Exchange
    Products that are available in stock and delivered within 2–5 business days or 5–10

    business days are eligible for return or exchange, provided the following conditions
    are met:
     The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
     Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags
    intact.
     Personal use items such as towels, socks, swimwear, sports bras, boxers,
    supplements, and similar products cannot be returned or exchanged if the
    package has been opened or the product used, for hygiene reasons.
     If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24
    hours of delivery.
  2. Custom Orders & Special Imports

    Some products are custom orders or specially imported on request. These items
    require longer delivery times (15–20 business days or 25–35 business days).
    Please note:
     Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     When placing an order for a custom product, you confirm your understanding
    that it is prepared or imported exclusively for you, and therefore, cannot be
    cancelled, exchanged, or returned once confirmed.
     This policy ensures transparency and avoids any confusion regarding timelines
    and eligibility.
  3. Return & Exchange Process

    If your product qualifies for return or exchange, please follow these steps:
    Exchange Request:
     Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery.
     We will arrange a courier pickup within 72 hours.
     The item is returned to our facility within 2 working days.
     Once inspected and approved, the replacement will be shipped to you within
    2–3 working days.
    Refund Request:
     Contact our team within 14 days of delivery.
     We will arrange a courier pickup within 72 hours.
     Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed back
    to your bank account within 7–14 working days (bank details required).
     Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Order Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes you may change your mind shortly after placing an
    order. To serve you better, please note the following cancellation terms:
     You may cancel your order within 24 hours only from the time the order is
    placed.
     After 24 hours have passed, cancellation is strictly not possible, regardless of
    the shipping method or delivery timeframe.
     This policy applies to all products, including items in stock, custom orders,
    and special imports.
     For eligible cancellations requested within 24 hours, your refund will be
    processed within 72 working hours, credited back to your bank account (bank
    details are required).
     If your order arrives defective or damaged, this will be handled under our
    return & exchange policy and not as a cancellation.
  5. Important Notes

     We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, damaged
    by the customer, or returned without its original packaging.
     Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you have any concerns,
    do not open the packaging and contact us immediately.
