2. Shipping Confirmation and Order Status
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you will receive an Order
Confirmation Email with your estimated delivery timeframe.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Notification confirming that your order is on its way.
Please note that our system provides updates on the order status only (such as “Processing,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered”).
It does not include real-time tracking of the courier’s location or detailed courier information.

3. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your provided address during standard working hours.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
If repeated delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply
4. Shipping Fees
Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
For some areas or bulk orders, additional handling fees may apply. You will be notified before order confirmation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns or order cancellations after dispatch.
5. Order Cancellations and Changes
You may request order cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order cannot be canceled or modified, regardless of the delivery timeframe.
This applies to all product types, including in-stock items, custom orders, and special imports.
6. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Yankeesta is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from
incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
